The “This wasn’t me” link in the notice mailed to an account’s previous address after its sign-in address changed. Deactivates the account and signs it out everywhere until support has checked it with the owner; the sign-in address is not changed back. The token is single-use and valid for 7 days. Every unusable token (malformed, unknown, expired or used) gets the same answer. No authentication required. Limited to 10 per hour per IP.
