Mails a new confirmation link to the signed-in user’s own address (the one on their account, never one from the request). Answers already_confirmed, and sends nothing, when the address is confirmed. Limited to 3 per account and 10 per IP per hour. Requires a signed-in user: API keys have no address to confirm.
