Moves the previews of every team project that is public to team (signed-in team members only). Projects already at team or team_guests are left exactly as they are, and the team default is not changed. Answers with how many projects changed, 200 even when none did. Each changed project’s preview routes are then republished and their cached copies purged in the background, so its preview.status reads protecting until that purge is confirmed.
